Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund your money or exchange any item, EXCEPT for CLEARANCE and CUSTOMIZED items! We only ask that you give us the reason, why? so we can improve our services to our customers. Also, we ask that you return the item to us unused and keep it in the same condition and packaging that you have received it in (clothes must not be washed or altered), within seven days of receiving your order.
We strictly do not refund or exchange goods that are specified as CLEARANCE or CUSTOMIZED products, such as the two-piece style abaya in which you have the option of choosing and customizing your own trimmings. No refunds/exchanges will be clearly stated in customizable products.
Please note we cannot refund any of your deliveries, returns or exchange postage costs and in the case of an exchange, you will have to pay for the shipping costs again. In order to avoid returns and exchanges for clothes and other size related items, please check your size carefully using our size chart or the item’s description.
To refund or exchange an order, please email us your request and we will email you the required information to process your return or exchange requests.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We use the Internet standard encryption technology known as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This technology works by scrambling and encrypting all sensitive information into a highly indecipherable code.
Handing over your credit card details online using SSL is safer than using the telephone, fax or mail. This is because with SSL, only your machine and our secure server have the keys required to decode the encrypted data.
When you login or have finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you’ve entered, a locked padlock will appear at the bottom or top of the screen. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout or login process. So before you enter any personal or payment details, please check that you are in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock on the bottom or top of your browser.

Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. We will send you an email confirming your order immediately. Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours when confirmation of your order is complete and the payment is received. You can login to your account to view your order status. You will also get an email confirmation when we dispatch your order.
When the goods are dispatched, please allow 1-3 working days for them to reach you and for international orders, please allow between 5-10 days for them to reach you from the time your order status is updated to shipped. If you do not receive your goods within 3 working days and within 10 working days for international orders from the time your order status is updated to shipped, please email us.
Please note: We will deliver ‘Special Delivery’ orders within 24hrs from the time your order status is updated to paid. If possible, we will try to delivery your order on the same day.
Please make sure your shipping address you specified is correct and make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your order, as you cannot change the shipping address once it is shipped for that specific order. If your shipping address was incorrect and decide to change to a different address while the order is shipped already, you will need to pay for your order again, including p&p. There will be no refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.
If no one is in to receive the order, usually you will receive a note saying the order is at your local post office, which you need to take that note and your identification to collect your order. Another scenario (also due to incorrect addresses) is the package will be sent back to us, then you have to wait for the order to return back to us and you will have to pay for the shipping costs again. Last scenario, is the order is totally lost due to incorrect address or no one was able to receive the order, which there will be no refunds.
So please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively.
If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will, inshaAllah try to accommodate them.
